Hälsingegatan 7 – Fastighetsbyrån
The seller of this apartment reached out to me for booking the photoshoot as they were in a hurry. Somehow I assumed it would be a standard apartment. Nothing wrong with that, but definitely not this pretty. The apartment turned out to be a real surprise. Every piece of furniture, every accessory, every lamp and artwork, everything was stylish and thoughtfully placed.
Normally, when all the lights are switched on before I start, I ask if we can turn them off. That sometimes leads to a little discussion, but usually it’s fine. In this case, we still turned off most of them, but a few actually added something to the photos. A soft, warm glow, not too bright or yellow. I decided to keep the Taccia lamp by Flos on in the living room and the Wilhelm Wagenfeld Bauhaus table lamps on the nightstands in the bedroom. Both are almost artworks on their own.
