If there is one project with a memorable story, it must be this one. Have you heard of the restaurant Bob Bob Ricard in London? They are famous for their champagne button, which refills your glass when pressed. The seller of this house was inspired by his visit there. As shown in the photos, the kitchen had its own champagne button. Out of curiosity, I asked what would happen if I pressed it, and he said, “champagne will come.” After we finished taking photos, the broker and I were invited to try the button. Naturally, we couldn’t resist. When we pressed it, the fridge door opened, and the owner returned with a bottle of champagne. We toasted together, and to our surprise, he gave us an extra bottle as a thank-you gift for our work. It was a moment we’ll always treasure.
