Upplandsgatan 26 – Skeppsholmen Sotheby’s

I will never forget this apartment, first and foremost because it looked stunning. Additionally, I had the unique experience of photographing it twice, capturing nearly identical shots each time. About a year after the first photoshoot, I received a message from another broker I often work with. He excitedly told me about a great apartment for me to photograph and gave me the address.

It wasn’t until I got the seller’s name that I realised I had been there before. When she opened the door, she was equally surprised to see me again. I was a bit curious why it hadn’t sold the first time, but it had nothing to do with the photos and she was pleased to have me back. We decided to take the photos almost exactly as before, as we were both very happy with them.
